This website calculates the UIATS and PHASES scores from given inputs.

Patients with multiple aneurysms: each aneurysm should be tested separately and will result in separate recommendations for each aneurysm.

Regarding ISUIA, UCAS and PHASES score only the most dangerous is to be taken into account.
